Clubmark Award for Glasgow South
Glasgow South Table Tennis Club has achieved Clubmark status. Clubmark is a club development scheme run by Glasgow Sport that aims to recognise and accredit clubs that are committed to providing their members with a safe, effective, inclusive and fun environment.
Clubmark therefore is a stamp of quality for any club to demonstrate they have reached a particular standard. A Clubmark club is a club that has achieved the minimum requirements within each of the following 5 sections:
* Sports Equity and Ethics
* Protection of Vulnerable Groups and Duty of Care
* Club Management
* Club Development and Junior Pathways and
* Coaching, Coaches and Officials
Glasgow South embarked on achieving this award about 18 months ago with a lot of effort going into attaining it. Congratulations to all involved in successfully completing this journey.
