Charlie Brown is your man.

Congratulations to Charlie on recently passing the International Umpire exam. For the last two seasons Charlie has been umpiring at a national level at tournaments in Scotland and England, including last years Commonwealth Championships in Glasgow.

Charlie can now umpire at International Tournaments and after additional experience could progress to become a Blue Badge Umpire which would involve another exam and practical asessment.
