I think this is an international match between Scotland and China played at Meadowbank Stadium, Edinburgh in 1971.
The Scottish team was Elaine (Smith) Forbes, Kathy (Angus) Knowles, Malcolm Sugden, Richard Yule and Eric Sutherland with npc Harry Baxter. Scotland lost in a creditable 5 – 3 defeat with wins from Elaine, Malcolm and Richard.
