Sean Doherty - Drumchapel BAfter four sessions three teams remain unbeaten – Drumchapel B, Drumchapel A and North Ayrshire. Drumchapel B’s Sean Doherty is currently the league’s  leading player with an impressive eight wins out of eight. He is closely followed by Chris Main ofChris Main - North Ayrshire North Ayrshire on six out of six. Cadet, Scott Barton (Drumchapel A) also deserves a mention with an impressive three wins out of four.
At the top of the table is Drumchapel B on 16 points closely followed by Drumchapel A on 15. Current champions, North Ayrshire is sitting in third place on 14 points but have a game in hand.
At the other end Drumchapel D, Glasgow Students Collective and Greenock are all looking for their first win.

First Division
Drumchapel E is looking impressive in first position on fifty nine points followed by Knightswood A on fifty six points and Glasgow Students Collective B is third on 45 points but have a game in hand.
Scott Barton - Drumchapel A & EDrumchapel E’s lead is thanks to consistent performances from Scott Barton (21 wins out of 21) and Nathan Courtney (21 wins out of 24) – very impressive. Similarly, Dimo Schallehn (22 wins out of 24) and Neil Doherty (21 winsNathan Courtney - Drumchapel E out of 24) of Knightswood A have made a significant contribution to their team’s successful start to the season.
Brunswick A are still looking for their first win and will have to get points on the board if they want to avoid relegation. It is very close with the remaining teams in the wrong half of the table and a couple of good wins could see any one of them move into safer mid table territory.

Second Division
The 44th Boys’ Brigade is leading the second division on 55 points followed by Maccabi A on 43 points and Drumchapel G on 35 points. Maccabi and Drumchapel have two games in hand however, and if they win these it becomes much tighter at the top. The BB has won seven out of eight matches and their pool of five players have all contributed to their impressive start to the season.
Adam Gaffney - 44th BBBasel Razouk leads the player averages and has won 14 out of 15 matches; he is followed by Joergen Losner who has won 11 out of 12 and then comes the BB’s Adam Gaffney who has 18 wins out of 21.
Easterhouse, in their first season, find themselves at the other end of the table but I’m sure as they gain experience they will see an improvement in their level of play and points total. Brunswick C come next on 19 points but could overtake Maccabi B if they secure more than 5 points from their two games in hand.
