An updated version of the League Rules has just been uploaded to the site. The changes are to clarify that seniors may not play in a "Junior" team, even as a reserve (new Rule 7.12); and to temporarily change the promotion/relegation Rule to try to fill the higher Divisions (Amended Rule 8.2).

Also, a reminder that a Rules FAQs has been produced to clarify misunderstandings and disputes over the use of Reserves and Recreational players.
