Para 7.2: Late registration of players no longer to be done on the scorecard.

Para 7.12: Clarification of the rules relating to "junior teams" and when they may be required to play away from home.

Para 8.6 - 8.9:  Tightening of the Rules relating to postponements to reduce the number and ensure they are played more quickly.

Para 10.1: Increase in the financial penalties applying to unfulfilled fixtures.

Para 10.4: Requirement to return match scores to Match Secretary speedily or suffer one point penalty.
