During the season just finished, the EC became concerned at the number of matches postponed or conceded.  It therefore decided that changes need to be made to the Rules in order to control this.  Certain other areas of the Rules have also been clarified or expanded and the opportunity has been taken to "tidy up" some minor aspects which no longer reflect current practice.

In order to assist you to see where changes have been agreed by the EC, here is  a copy of the >>draft Rules, showing deleted wording with a grey background and new wording with a yellow background.
