Success at Junior Assessment
The West of Scotland had a great day in the boys event at the recent Junior Assessment - 22 November, St Matthew’s Academy, Saltcoats.
From a field of 31, ten West players made it into the top twenty. Calum Main, Sean Doherty, Scott Barton, Daniel Swiatek and Nathan Courtney secured the top five places and it was Calum who claimed top place for his first Junior title. The West had twenty playing in the boys event and three playing in the girls event - a healthy sign for the future. Natasha Milliken secured third place in the girls competition.
