I think many of you will know Gordon Clancey, past West of Scotland and Scotland TT stalwart.  He has hung up his bat but replaced it with a bike. Never to do things by halves Gordon is Cycling across America with his pal Elton Hall and they have reached their final State Maryland. So far they have cycled a monster 2730 miles with roughly 280 miles to go....  if all goes well they could reach the Atlantic Ocean today (Friday 29 June, 2018)

I think you will all agree a fantastic effort.

They undertook the journey for the challenge but have also decided to raise money for the Marina Dalglish Appeal because as they say we all know someone who has been affected by cancer.
